It’s been almost a year since we launched our Committed to Serve initiative in April 2020. Committed to Serve is Republic’s $30 million initiative to recognize our frontline employees and help support small businesses at the heart of local economies.
Through this initiative, our Charitable Foundation has provided $3 million to three national nonprofit partners, which funded grants to 29 local affiliates (see list below) across the country to support small business revitalization projects. Beginning November 2020 and continuing through November 2021, our nonprofit partners will help locally owned businesses that have experienced disruption or hardship as a result of the pandemic.
