Johnny, who has been behind the wheel for 29 years, alongside Residential Supervisor Brad D., recently put Customer Zeal in action by helping make a little boy’s birthday extra special. The team stopped by the child’s home in New Haven, IN, to surprise the two-year-old with Republic Services gifts and a visit he won’t soon forget.
Each week, Johnny makes it a point to wave to the young boy, who eagerly waits by the window to watch our big, blue truck roll down the street. This small, consistent gesture shows how our drivers go beyond service to build real connections with the communities we serve.
