Everyday Ethics: Speak Up

As we near the end of the year, we want to reflect on our Speak Up culture. What do we mean when we say, “Speak Up”?

We mean:

  • Every employee’s voice is heard, and they should feel comfortable seeking advice or raising concerns.
  • Employees can report concerns in several ways to their leader, HR Partner, the Legal Department, the Ethics & Compliance team or the confidential AWARE Line.
  • All concerns are taken seriously.
  • We take action when a report is substantiated. This includes coaching, training, corrective action and in some instances, separation of employment from the Company.
  • We do not tolerate any form of retaliation.

Thank you for doing your part to support our highly ethical and compliant culture.

If you need help making the right choice, review our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, reach out to your leader, another manager, HR, the Legal department, or the Ethics & Compliance team.
