Sometimes we encounter situations where we are unsure if we should report. It’s important to uphold integrity in these situations and you report incidents immediately, no matter how small they may seem. The Company expects us to make the right choice and handle it the right way.
Failing to report incidents could lead to serious consequences for you and the Company. At Republic Services, we do not want employees to compromise Company policies, standards, or the law. If you’re ever unsure of how to handle a situation, you should talk to your supervisor, another manager, HR partner, the Legal department, the Ethics & Compliance team, or report anonymously through the confidential AWARE Line.
