Make the Right Choice
We must perform our jobs responsibly and ethically by putting our values into action. If you ever come across personal or confidential information of another employee, here are the steps you should take:
- Do not go through the information of another employee
- Looking at another employee’s personal information, such as personnel files and pay information, is against our policy.
- If the information is not in a safe place, take it to a leader or HR Partner
- Review our Safeguarding Employee Confidential Information policy or ask your manager or HR partner for a copy.
