Following International Data Privacy Week, we want to emphasize the importance of protecting our Confidential Company Information, in addition to Confidential Employee and Customer Data.
Confidential Company information means any and all information relating directly or indirectly to the Company’s business and includes a wide variety of information that is not generally available to the public.
Make the Right Choice
Here are some ways to ensure we keep our company and brand safe:
- Restricting access to Confidential Information only to employees who require this access to perform their job function
- Never sharing or transmitting confidential company information outside of the Company through private email, verbally or through social media
- Never using Republic’s trademark, logo or other branded materials for personal use
By keeping Confidential information within the Company and properly using Republic’s trademark and branded materials only for approved business purposes, you help keep our information and brand integrity safe.
