As Ethics Week comes to a close, we want to thank everyone for their participation and engagement. We hope you enjoyed learning more about Republic’s values and how we put them into action every day. While we spent this week highlighting our values, it’s important to remember that we are committed to living these values every day – 365 days a year. So we want to leave you with a few tips to help you honor this commitment going forward:
- Make the right choice and think before you act. If the right choice is unclear, reach out to your direct supervisor, any other member of management, your HR partner, or the Ethics & Compliance Office for assistance.
- If you see or suspect misconduct, don’t be afraid to speak up! Remember, you will never be subject to negative consequences for raising a concern. The Company does not tolerate retaliation in any form.
- You are not alone! We have a ton of resources to help you live our values and understand the Company’s expectations for ethical and compliant conduct. Our refreshed Code of Business Ethics and Conduct is a great place to start. You should have received a copy of our refreshed Code this week, so please reach out to your supervisor or HR partner if you did not receive it.
