On day three of Ethics Week, we are highlighting our top value, Safe – we protect the livelihoods of our colleagues and communities. Making the right choice to ensure safety means thinking before we act and asking for help when we are unsure. When we choose to do the right thing, we help keep our coworkers, customers and our communities safe.
We are all responsible for safety and ensuring everyone goes home safely every day. We do this by:
- Taking steps to identify and prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Performing our job responsibilities in accordance with our SAFE Handbook, policies and safety management programs, in addition to all applicable safety and health laws.
- Promptly report any safety concerns to your supervisor.
Being Safe means protecting our people and information and speaking up when something does not feel right. When we do this, we build trust and take care of one another.
