On our second day of Ethics Week, we are focusing on our value of Human-Centered – we respect the dignity and unique potential of every person.

You can do your part by making the right choice for our people, such as treating others the way you would like to be treated, listening carefully and being receptive to different points of view.

As a part of our speak-up culture, if you see or suspect conduct that is not in line with our values or could violate our policies and procedures, we encourage you to report this or seek help from an appropriate resource.
