On day two of Ethics Week, we’re highlighting our value of Driven. Who is the Ethics & Compliance Team? Our Ethics & Compliance team is made up of individuals dedicated to communicating, upholding and enhancing our highly ethical and compliant culture. Ethics & Compliance supports our employees, the Company, and our highly ethical culture by:
- Maintaining our written standards, such as companywide policies and procedures.
- Creating and implementing effective training and communications.
- Monitoring and assessing elements such as Conflicts of Interest or Related Party Transactions to ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and our policies.
- Overseeing enforcement, discipline and incentives for program requirements such as Ethics & Compliance trainings.
- Partnering with stakeholders companywide to ensure Ethics & Compliance has a seat at the table.
- Measuring our Ethical Culture through employee feedback in the Employee Experience and Ethical Culture surveys.
We provide our employees with the tools and resources they need to ensure they are living our values and are making the right choice, every time. Through our Speak Up culture all employees can ask questions, raise concerns or report suspected misconduct, without fear of retaliation.
In 2024, we launched our Ethics Champion Program companywide, which includes Champions from 11 different Areas across of variety of roles within the Company. Ethics Champions have served as liaisons of the Ethics & Compliance program by reinforcing values-based behaviors and communicating Ethics & Compliance initiatives. The Ethics Champions have also gathered insights to further our program and provided invaluable feedback to improve our communications, training and other tools.
