Ethics Week 2025 – Celebrating Excellence: Committed to Serve

On our last day of Ethics Week, we are focusing on our value of Committed to Serve: We go above and beyond to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our ethical behavior and integrity extend beyond just our employees. It’s in all that we do to ensure our customers can count on us to not only do the right thing, but to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. You all demonstrated this value in countless ways over the past year, including showing up for our customers and communities who needed it most when faced with devastating natural disasters.

We build long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers through integrity and trustworthiness and treat our customers and suppliers ethically, fairly and in compliance with all applicable Company policies and laws. We deliver results the right way and understand that our relationships with our customers, suppliers and any other third party should never be influenced (or perceived to be influenced) by offers to receive or give inappropriate gifts. By always protecting the integrity of our business decisions and relationships, we remain Committed to Serve.
