On our final day of Ethics Week, we are focusing “Our Value in Action,” Human-Centered – We respect the dignity and unique potential of every person.
Our goal is to build and retain the highest performing, diverse workforce at all levels within our organization to connect with and serve our customers. We put inclusion and diversity at the core of our approach, not in addition to it. We’re committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This starts by including people of all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and beliefs and by actively and intentionally creating an environment in which all individuals are welcomed and valued.
Inclusion and diversity are an integral part of our highly ethical and compliant culture. We lead with integrity and do the right thing in all encounters with our colleagues, customers and communities across all backgrounds and experiences.
We learn from each other’s unique and personal experiences and apply our knowledge through allyship to maintain our inclusive and diverse workplace. Allyship is fundamental to our progress and keeping our talented and diverse employees connected. We continue to foster these connections through our Business Resources Groups and are proud to announce our newest BRG, AAPI at Republic that launched just this past month.
By making ethical decisions, acting with empathy and integrity, and speaking up when you see or hear something that is not in line with our values, you put our Human-Centered value into action.
“A culture of inclusion and diversity, where individuals from various backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences are valued and respected, not only promotes innovation and creativity but also cultivates a highly ethical and compliant culture where every voice is heard.” -Laura B., Director, Inclusion & Diversity.
