This Ethics Week, our theme is “Our Values in Action,” highlighting how employees put our values of Safe, Committed to Serve, Driven, Environmentally Responsible, and Human-Centered into action to support our highly ethical and compliant culture.
Here are just some of the of the ways every employee has contributed over the past year and put our values into action to maintain our highly ethical and compliant culture:
- Over 36,000 employees completed the annual Code of Ethics Training!
- We launched our first annual Ethical Culture Survey last year and employees have the opportunity to participate again this year. Click here to participate!
- All supervisors and above completed our refreshed Ethical Leadership training, focusing on active listening, taking action, and our zero-tolerance for retaliation.
- Our Chief Operating Officer, Gregg Brummer and Chief Legal and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, Catharine Ellingsen shared what it means to have a Speak Up Culture and shared transparency around the actions that are taken when misconduct is found.
- All managers and above completed our refreshed annual Conflicts of Interest Training and Certification.
- We published 41 articles through our various communication channels to leaders and employees.
Finally, thanks to the contributions and ethical decision-making by our employees, we’re proud to be recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere for the sixth time! By putting our values into action, every employee strengthens our ethical culture.
