In the spirit of the season, a group of employees from BU222 took over St. Joseph Diner, a program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana that provides free, freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week to those experiencing hunger.
“We rolled up our sleeves, donned our gloves, and mopped, cleaned and prepared St. Joseph Diner for lunch and dinner hour. This is our second year in partnership with Catholic Charities of Acadiana. We also donated over 200 bags filled with personal hygiene items and gave them to everyone who visited St. Joseph Diner that day. Giving back to the communities we serve is such an honor and privilege!” said Onyia A. Human Resources Manager.
