Employee Experience Survey Kicks Off in Style

Whether you take it on your phone, computer, or during a steak cookout launch party (you heard that right!), your opportunity to keep Republic Services a great place to work is now! Take a look at how some of our divisions are kicking off the survey in style and are well on their way to 100 percent participation!

Our Winchester, MD team kicked off the Employee Experience Survey with a steak cookout with Operations Manager Dean B. as grill master!

In Pimento, IN, employees got a yummy reminder to take the survey. Human Resources Generalist Beth K. created “Take 5 and Give 5” labels and placed them on Take 5 candy bars.

And the Mid-Atlantic Area is showing us how they get it done! “Mid-Atlantic CRC agents have responded in a major way with a 97% completion rate within the first 48 hours!” said CRC Area Manager Demario N. Employees were asked why they feel participating in the survey is so important. Here’s what they had to say.

“For me, the survey is important because we are constantly growing and evolving as a company. Knowing that our voices are heard, and changes are made because of our opinions is very rewarding.” Stacy F., Customer Resource Center Team Lead

“I believe in the survey! The survey tells me that Republic Services cares about what I think and feel regarding my relationship with the company.” David V., Customer Resource Specialist

“The survey is important to me because it allows me the opportunity to have my voice be heard. The survey allows me to have input in changes to come and that is exciting.” Amanda G., Customer Resource Specialist

“They really want to hear our ideas, and they act on the suggestions given. I love that they really pay attention to the input of team taking care of the day-to-day tasks that could be easily overlooked.” Kassandra G., Customer Resource Specialist

Taking the survey is an expected and essential part of your role at Republic. Completing it is quick and easy – and your responses are always confidential. While we know what was said on the survey, we won’t know who said it, so please avoid identifying yourself in the comments.
Click here to take your survey today! The survey window closes Friday, March 31.
