During the Spring survey, Drivers in Durham, Connecticut, shared that they needed more training on the new Samsara system. Leaders took action by teaming up with the Area Transportation Compliance Manager to hold training sessions across all Environmental Solutions New England locations. As a result, employees feel confident with the new system and appreciate having a clear understanding of Samsara and its benefits.
