A. LISTS, LISTS AND MORE LISTS!

Q. What energizes you at work?
A. Making sure all the customers are serviced and acknowledgement for doing a good job.

Q. What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
A. That we just sit at a computer all day – there are a lot of day-to-day tasks that they are behind the scenes.

Q. What energizes you outside of work?
A. My family and going out on the water.

A. I try to go above and beyond all the time for customers.

Q. What energizes you at work?
A. Having the Service Recordings screen blank and drivers checking in early!

Q. What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
A. That dispatch is just permanently scheduling lifts and printing route sheets. Some days I liken dispatch to the game Whack-A-Mole

A. Taking the grandkids to Six Flags and playing handbells at church.

A. I delivered a container to a new customer in my hometown.
