A. 2 years and 4 monthsQ. Can you tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer? A. A regular customer of ours needed a large container delivered ASAP. I was able to get a driver to squeeze in the delivery to that customer within a half hour of the request. Our customer was very appreciative of the customer service that I was able to provide for them. Q. What’s your go-to productivity trick? A. A. 3 years and 2 monthsQ. Can you tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer? A. We had a customer whose account was closed for several months, asking us to dump and remove their 40-yard container ASAP. We sent a driver only to find out the load was too heavy. I called the customer and explained the issue and came up with a solution to bring a second container to offload some of the product. It all worked out and the customer was happy. Q.
