Q. How long have you worked at Republic Services?
A. I’ve been with Republic for about 1 ½ years.

Q. What’s your go-to productivity trick? 
A. Take and keep lots of notes – certain things don’t always come up all the time, but if I have notes to look back on, I can handle those situations better.

Q. What energizes you at work? 
A. My drivers and supervisor/manager are all very supportive and all great at pitching in to help one another – it’s truly a team effort here.

Q. What energizes you outside of work?
A. I enjoy being able to sit down with a good book, listen to music and just relax.

A. I’ve been with Republic Services for 21 years; and in the industry since 1981.

A. Planning and getting set for the task.

A. Problem solving and getting to a successful end.

Q. What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
A. That any person off the street can do this job without training.

A.Family and outdoor activities.
