Driver Lou M. was on his route in Orlando, Florida, when he noticed someone lying on the ground near their car. Knowing something was wrong, Lou parked his truck and approached the elderly man, who was relieved to see someone. The man had been on the ground for several hours before Lou came to the rescue and called for help. Lou stayed with the man until paramedics arrived.
