A big shout out to Small Container Driver Jason H. in Marshall, Michigan, celebrating his 30-year service anniversary this week! Jason started his career in 1993, and has gained experience across all lines of business throughout the years. He lives our Company’s values of Safe and Committed to Serve on a daily basis. This is what one of his customers wrote about Jason’s service:
“Jason has been my driver for a couple years. I don’t think I have ever had a missed pick-up. Even though dumping the trash is only one aspect of Jason’s job, he goes on and above for Republic. Jason regularly takes precautions because of the homeless population. Jason has gone on and above to pick up trash that falls out of the truck when servicing my stop. Another example of Jason’s service to Republic and his customers is letting us know if he sees trash patterns that would make days of service or frequency of dumping necessary. I have been so happy with Jason that myself and several of my neighbors have switched over to Republic. If republic could clone Jason, I don’t think the other providers could survive.”
