When asked about his approach to Customer Zeal, Ian says: “Customer Zeal means giving 110 percent to make customers happy and ensuring they never have to worry about their service. I make sure to leave customers’ properties better than when I arrive, making sure nothing is left on the ground for them to clean up.”
