Driver Charlie B. has made a friend on his Thursday route. Noah waits for Charlie to stop at his house each week and he comes outside excited, watching Charlie empty the cart. Charlie always waves and blows his horn making Noah smile. Recently, Charlie dropped off some Republic Services gear that made Noah’s day even better.
