Residential Driver Bryce T. was on his route when he noticed a teenager on the side of the road trying to flag down cars. It turned out the teenager had been riding his electric bike and had fallen resulting in injuries to his shoulder and arm. Bryce called for help and used his jacket to keep the boy warm until help arrived.
