Q. How long have you worked for Republic Services?
Renea: 20 years in November.

Q. What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Renea: Keeping up with large containers to see who is the first to make it in and if they have enough time to get another haul. Also, keeping up with everybody on the RISE map to make sure nothing is stalling or keeping our drivers from doing their job proficiently.

Q. What energizes you at work?
Renea: Coffee and our Division Manager who has enough energy for everybody here, lol.

Q. What energizes you outside of work?
Renea: Going to the gym, photography, gardening and landscaping.

Q. Can you tell me about one time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Renea: An elderly customer forgot to set her container out the night before and asked if we could come back. Everyone was in so I asked if it was ok if I could just swap it out, so I did and she didn’t have to worry about it. Also, reaching out to customers to see how they are doing and if there is anything we can improve on as far as service goes.
