Q. Can you tell me about one time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Colette: It was a late Friday afternoon and a customer called about what they thought was a missed bulk stop that they needed removed immediately as they were having a graduation party the next morning.  The bulk had actually never been scheduled, customer’s error. I was able to convince a couple drivers to go and grab the items for the customer and we got them cleaned up and ready for their party. They were very thankful and full of praise. That was a great feeling.

Q. Can you tell me about one time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Sylvia: I had a customer who wasn’t serviced due to a delivery truck blocking her container upon the arrival of our driver. By the time I was able to speak with the customer they were very upset because of no service. I took the time to explain the reason why we did not service them and then reached out to the driver to see if he would be able to return. Once confirming with the driver, I advised the customer that we would be returning and her entire demeanor changed and she was appreciative of the extra mile to have our driver return for service, all while understanding our small businesses play a huge part in our success as a Company.
