Q. How long have you worked for Republic Services?
Alyssa: Two and a half years

Q. What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Alyssa: Looking forward to what is scheduled later in the week to see if we can potentially service customers when we are in their area.

Q. What energizes you at work?
Alyssa: Energy drinks, and my colleagues.

Q. What energizes you outside of work?
Alyssa: Riding side-by-sides and spending time with friends and family.

Q. Can you tell me about one time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Alyssa: Being in a smaller division, I often assist commercial customers with their service needs during heavy seasonality changes when it is a bit overwhelming for our sales team to keep up.

Lori: Coming in early or staying late when it’s quiet.

Lori: Playing music keeps me energized.

Lori: Watching my daughter run college cross country and being a cheerleader for her college football and basketball teams.

Q. Can you tell me about one time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Lori: I recently had a customer who I was able to get her service issues resolved and was also able to get her credit back on her bill for charges that she incurred during the services issues.
