The driver got out and picked up the glass and customer wanted to give a shout-out. Turns out it was Jake who is in Albany helping this week as an SOS driver from the neighboring Corvallis division.”

“Sherri is highly skilled, has a lot of historical knowledge, and goes over and above to help wherever needed. Recently, I had some requests come in for a city and even though Sherri’s plate was overflowing she met those requests with a smile and reprioritized her day to get it done. In the past, when we’ve had a billing error, she’s stepped in, taken the lead, and worked tirelessly to see that the billing was corrected, and residents were taken care of with a sense of urgency. Everything that Sherri does translates to the customer experience, and she owns it!”
