Sandee and her three-year-old grandson Fitz recently sent a handwritten letter of appreciation to Republic Services to recognize Driver Lyn, who consistently goes out of his way to make this little boy happy! Sandee wrote:
“We wanted to thank you and your amazing driver Lyn, for being so nice to our grandson, who is obsessed with garbage trucks. He is fascinated with the big trucks and so excited when we see one. Driver Lyn takes the time to get out of the truck and talk to Fitz and gives him a “honk honk” which is Fitz’ favorite thing. By being so kind and friendly to Fitz, you have made a little boy very happy. It’s a rare thing when an employee is so helpful and friendly to a little kid, and we wanted to thank Lyn, and your Company, for going above and beyond.” – Sandee C.
