The Republic Services Leadership Academy (RSLA) held its graduation for the second class last week at our Phoenix Headquarters. Over the past nine months, 85 high-potential leaders from across the Company engaged in professional development activities to support their career growth. The Leadership Academy used online courses from Stanford, the University of Virginia (UVA), Tuck-Dartmouth and Berkeley to provide participants with opportunities that developed their leadership skills, collaborate cross-functionally and network with fellow participants and Company leaders.
Congratulations to all graduates and thank you to all those who helped contribute to the program throughout the year and during the final pre-graduation sessions. Leadership development programs like this are part of what makes Republic Services a great place to work.
