|Meredith’s commitment to helping her peers and serving our customers is unmatched. She recently filled in as an SOS driver when nearby locations needed help, and her collaboration and leadership shined bright. Meredith also played an integral role during the RISE tablet training and her passion for the product ensured a successful launch.
She is always professional, optimistic, knowledgeable, and it is clear she cares. Her infectious personality is magnetic, and she always brightens the mood. She sets a great example of our Committed to Serve value.
|With over 10 years at Republic Services, Dalaina’s team support enables employees to grow personally and professionally. Her ability to invest in her team and have meaningful conversations helps others plan for their next steps with the Company. Dalaina is described by her co-workers as a motivator, supporter, and developer and she is the reason many Customer Service Reps love their jobs.
