Opening next month outside of Dallas, the Republic Services Technical Institute offers a unique learning and development environment to strengthen our best-in-class maintenance team and demonstrates our commitment to investing in the development of our people.
The Technical Institute will allow us to build a pipeline for talent and provide ongoing state-of-the-art training and support for our technicians. We’ve partnered with Lincoln Tech, a leader in education for auto, diesel and skilled trades, on a state-of-the-art curriculum designed to position graduates for success in their careers and personal lives. Safety and our maintenance standards, “OneFleet,” will be at the forefront of all training and as fleet electrification continues to increase, the curriculum will evolve and prepare techs to work on electric trucks.
