We appreciate your hard work and dedication over the last year. While things have started to return to normal, it has still been a challenging time in many ways.
I’m proud of the way our team has delivered and been Committed to Serve our customers, communities and each other. Your efforts continue to make Republic Services a great place to work and grow.
To honor the team’s outstanding work, we are awarding $500 to every non-bonus-eligible employee in the Field and at HQ/NS on their November 19 paycheck (or separate deposit if paid bi-weekly). The $500 will be distributed through direct deposit (or check for those without direct deposit).
