Great Place to Work is the expert on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors that lead to higher revenue and increased innovation. To become certified, in addition to an annual culture audit submitted to Great Place to Work, employees are randomly selected to participate in a survey about their experience at Republic. Those who participated reported that they felt welcome when they joined the company, they have a sense of pride in their work, and they believe that they make a difference in their roles. Using employee feedback and the submission, this year our score was 80%, which means that eight out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at Republic.
