When building a house, we need to first lay the foundation. The same is true for our culture – our individual actions and decisions serve as its foundation. Then comes the walls to support the roof and provide shelter. For our culture, this is represented by the various Teams within our Company – this is further supported by the actions of its individual members.
Last comes the roof that provides protection from the outside elements. Like Republic’s culture, it serves to protect our people and our brand from any unethical or negative conduct. Your Team’s culture contributes directly to Republic’s culture, so when you multiply this Company-wide, you can now see how every employee is responsible for maintaining our house.
