Every Wednesday, the children at O2B Riverview daycare near Tampa, FL, line the fence awaiting the arrival of their trash collector, Frank W. The kids are excited and enthused with Frank and his big blue garbage truck. Recently, the kids took the time to express their gratitude and surprised Frank with a collection of handmade thank-you cards.
