- Shout-Outs: Offer daily or weekly shout-outs in team meetings to highlight the meaningful contributions and accomplishments of your maintenance team members.
- Appreciation Events: Host team lunches or coffee-and-bagel breakfasts to bring everyone together and share in the gratitude.
- Recognition Wall: Create a space where your team can post positive messages of appreciation or success stories of their team members.
