Our team in Oregon’s Willamette Valley has found a unique way to connect with future talent. Each year, they support Career and Technical Education (CTE) Signing Day at Linn-Benton Community College, supporting students committed to hands-on careers rooted in safety, technical skill and service.
That partnership goes further through a donated Republic Services truck, giving automotive students experience with real equipment. It’s a practical way to build skills, reinforce safe work practices and help prepare students for careers in the industry – and hopefully at Republic Services!
