Blue Nation Online is turning five years old this year! We launched the site in 2017, to share Company news and announcements, and stories of our employees going above and beyond to serve our customers, communities­, and the planet. Blue Nation Online is the first place to go to find important company information to stay connected!

All employees have access to Blue Nation Online, which you can connect to on any device at any time to keep up to date with what’s happening across our Blue Nation. Bookmark the site on your computer, tablet or phone for easy access – it’s mobile friendly!

We’ve recently made a few changes to Blue Nation Online to reflect Republic’s new vision and values. Here’s a look at some of the great new content you can expect this year. Look for these new categories on the header of the home page:

Other cool features include:

• Translation Tool. Blue Nation Online is available in multiple languages to allow employees who do not have English as their first language to stay connected. The translation tool is located in the footer of the home page.
• Search. The search feature on the header of the home page is enhanced to easily find what you are looking for.
• Use Chrome for the best experience. We have lots of contests and games coming your way! This interactive content is best viewed in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
