As part of our Internal Terminology Alignment initiative, we’re continuing to strengthen how we talk about who we are and that includes proudly using our BU and Division names, not numbers.

BU/Division Pride Campaign

We are launching a companywide campaign to showcase the unique identity of our teams across the country and the pride they have in their BU or Division, with submitted photos potentially highlighted during Mays Town Hall.

How to participate:

1. Take a team photo
2. Include your BU or Division name (e.g., Central Florida, Northwest Missouri, etc.) in your submission
3. Submit your photo here by February 28
