A residential customer recently reached out to Ops Supervisor Kylie K. to share her grandson’s love for Republic Services trucks. Andrew waits every Monday morning for his driver to come through the neighborhood. When the driver gives a friendly honk, Andrew excitedly runs to tell his grandparents, “He beeped me!”
Wanting to make Andrew’s summer memorable, the team invited him and his grandmother, Nancy, to visit and see the trucks up close. Nancy brought cupcakes for the drivers and shared a book dedicated to the team, Every Monday Mabel, about a little girl who looks forward to seeing her neighborhood garbage truck each week, just like Andrew.
