All of this change can bring additional stress to your life. Because your health and emotional well-being are important to our Company, we wanted to remind you of some resources for those who may need the additional support.  

  1. Republic’s Employee Assistance Program through ComPsych is available to you and your family members. You can register online and gain access to several resources, including COVID-19 resources, from the privacy of your home. 24-hour telephone support is available at 1-800-331-3684 or at guidanceresources.com.   2. Your insurance carrier offers behavioral health services, through appointments (including virtual) and through the Nurse Line. If you or your family member need support, please call using the phone number on your insurance card to inquire about available services.
  3. Sanvello is the #1 app for stress, anxiety, and depression with over 3 million users and gives you clinically-validated techniques to help you manage your moods and thoughts, so you can understand what works to help you feel better. Sanvello has a partnership with UnitedHealthcare (access at myuhc.com) and is also available via your phone’s app store. Due to COVID-19, Sanvello is making their app available to everyone at no charge.
