Republic Services Accounts Receivable Managers, representing 10 Areas across the company, recently met at HQ in Phoenix, AZ, for the inaugural Leadership Conference. “This was the first time all leaders were able to get together in person since the pandemic. It was an extremely successful meeting with lots of collaboration – and, we ALL survived the Phoenix heat in July!” said Kameron W., AR Senior Manager.
The two-day conference agenda included several learning activities, guest speakers, and a panel discussion led by several Field/Area Finance and Sales leaders.
