Annual Performance Reviews Begin November 1

As we draw closer to the end of the year, it’s time to launch our Annual Performance Review. This process benefits both our
employees and their managers by setting aside time to provide feedback, recognize quality
performance and establish expectations for future job
performance. This also sets the foundation for creating or updating your individual development plan. An open, honest review fosters a better relationship between manager and employee and helps to continuously improve our employee experience.
Managers will begin the review process on November 1, 2019 and it will continue through January 17, 2020. For more information, check in with your manager or your local HR representative.
