A big shout‑out to our team in Amarillo, Texas, for giving students a hands‑on learning experience during a recent Touch‑A‑Truck event at a school in the City of Friona, a long‑standing partner of Republic Services. Approximately 225 Pre‑K, Kindergarten, and first‑grade students attended the fun and educational event.
Our team showcased Republic Services equipment, highlighted safety features, and wrapped up the presentation by crushing a couch! As students headed back to class, each received a goodie bag featuring a Republic Services coloring book and blue sunglasses.
