It’s not often that frontline employees have an audience while they work. That’s not the case for Rick from Spanish Fork. He has found himself a superfan in Briggs, a young boy that lives on one of his routes. “There have only been a few days cold enough to keep Briggs from running, walking, riding, or biking the route with Rick”, says Briggs’ mom.
