Blue Nation Online is excited to bring you stories of employees who have a heart for the customer and deliver world-class service! Meet Hollie G., a construction account manager in Plano, Texas. Hollie joined Republic Services as an Account Manager in East Texas almost six years ago. She was soon promoted to a Construction Account Manager and currently works at our Plano BU. Hollie is a three-time winner of our Winners Circle platinum award and is consistently ranked at the top for sales and service in the South Area.
Hollie is resourceful and prides herself on solving issues and presenting simple solutions for her customers. “We recently received a letter from the City of Plano regarding Hollie’s outstanding customer service to the contractors working in the area. Her customers routinely tell us that she has made their job easier because she and her partners in Operations are always responsive to the customer and ensure they are taken care of,” said Felipe G., Vice President, Sales. Hollie is available for her customers and answers their call whenever the need arises. In fact, she recently received an email from a happy customer that compared her service to the freaky fast sandwich chain:
“Hollie, your response time is better than Jimmy John’s. Thanks for always being awesome!”
