Workday is on the Way!
[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size='16' font_color='' color='' av-medium-font-size='' av-small-font-size='' av-mini-font-size='' admin_preview_bg=''] Workday is our new online system for managing and tracking PTO, internal job opportunities, address changes, tax info and more. Starting in April, it will replace many of our current paper forms. Using Workday, you will be able to make immediate requests, changes and updates without waiting for someone to process paperwork!To learn more, please watch the training video on the Workday SharePoint site. If you don’t have access to the site, be sure to join a group training offered at your location. CRC employees, please check with your manager or director for training details and scheduling. You won’t be able to login to Workday until it goes live, but everyone should complete training before that time.
The quickest and easiest way to access Workday is by using the Chromebooks or other computers available at work. If you don’t currently have a Network ID, you will receive one from your manager. You will use this ID to login to Workday. If you currently have a Network ID, you will login to Workday using the same ID you use to login to your computer, with @repsrv.com added. For example, John Smith’s Workday ID would be smithjo@repsrv.com.
Be sure to visit the Workday SharePoint site to complete training, watch the videos and read the job aids. With the right preparation, we’ll all be ready to use Workday to improve our work days!

We’re launching a new technology – Workday – designed to create a better employee experience and connect our Republic team like never before. Workday will give you one user-friendly system to update personal information like address and tax info, submit requests such as PTO, view internal career opportunities and more.Starting in April, Workday will be available on your smartphone, tablet or computer, and can also be accessed via kiosks or Chromebooks that will be available at all locations. It will replace some of the current paper forms, so you’ll be able to make changes, requests and updates, 24/7, without waiting for someone to process paperwork.
