Republic Services and The Mint 400 recently concluded their 6th annual desert cleanup. Despite challenging weather conditions, nearly 300 volunteers showed up ready to make a difference in the Mojave Desert. “This year, volunteers successfully removed 16.41 tons of illegally dumped trash, bringing our six-year total to 141.31 tons (282,620 pounds)!” said Jeremy W., Community Relations Manager.
