August 29, 2025: Update on Negotiations
We met with the union to continue our CBA negotiations yesterday. We put another strong offer on the table, which the union rejected without giving you the opportunity to vote. Although we continued to creatively enhance our proposals throughout the day to try to reach a deal, the union’s approach to the negotiations led to no real progress. Although we remain ready to negotiate a new contract, the union does not appear to be truly interested in reaching a deal.
